The Coalition Government at Westminster have announced changes to the support available to people affected by contaminated blood - especially those affected by Hepatitis C.

Although these changes were announced in England the Devolved Governments in Scotland, Wales and N Ireland have all agreed to take part in the new arrangements.

The Public Health Minister, Anne Milton MP, has now agreed to review the Skipton Fund stage 2 criteria and to respond to the Penrose Inquiry when it reports.
