The Haemophilia Society helpline is there to offer information and support to anyone affected by bleeding disorder. You don't have to be a member of the Society to use the helpline. The helpline is not an emergency number and cannot give you medical advice. If you have a medical enquiry please call your haemophilia centre.
Whenever you call our staff will do their best to deal with your call straight away. However, your chances of being able to speak to the right person are increased if you can call within our advertised hours.
The advertised hours are:
Monday 10am to 1pm
Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm
To talk about benefits it is best to call on
Thursday or Friday between 10am to 3pm.
