Afrocarribean Group

The Afro support group was established in June 2011 to meet the needs of African families in the UK.

The group offers support to Africa and Caribbean families affected by Haemophilia.

We have already contributed to the raising of awareness of Haemophilia and associated bleeding disorders in Africa and we are hoping the raise money which will enable us to offer support in Africa.

Quarterly meetings are held at The Haemophilia Society on the last Saturday of the month,.

On Saturday 16th February a range of subjects around Health and Wellbeing were discussed, these included Community Safety, Welfare Rights, Employment opportunities and Healthy Living.

If you would like to join us or, just like to find out more about this group we'd love to hear from you.
