The Penrose Inquiry has now published it's Preliminary Report. Working with the local groups, Haemophilia Scotland conducted a series of meetings around Scotland so that members could respond and talk directly to the legal team. The deadline for response was the 31 October 2010 but this has now been extended to 14 November 2010.

The Haemophilia Scotland has successfully applied to be a Core Participant in the Penrose Inquiry and has also been awarded funding to allow Thompsons Soliticitors to provide legal representation. Thompsons have also appointed a QC to lead our case and two junior counsel.

We are currently trying to work out if there are consistant gaps in medical records. If you would like to help please click on the medical records link below.
