People afffected by the contaminated blood disaster have campaigned for well over 25 years for proper support and for lessons to be learnt.
Over the years independent campaigners and groups of campaigners have made an immeasurable contribution to the campaign. Sadly many have passed away without seeing the campaign reach a successful conclusion.
These days the Haemophilia Society continues to work with a wide range of campaigning individuals and independent campaign groups who are all united in the aim of securing justice for all those affected by the disaster.

- Haemophilia Action UK
The Society seeks to help co-ordiante the campaign by hosting an independent campaign group and the Contaminated Blood Campaign Coalition.
