Society changes its Memorandum and Articles of Association
At a General Meeting on Thursday 25th November the members of the Society agreed to changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association. We’d like to thank the members for their support on this issue which we are confident will help the Society meet the challenges ahead. A copy of the Articles is attached.
The members also agreed to the extension of Liz Rizzuto’s term as Chair for a year to see us through some of the key changes in the make-up of the Board.
Haemophilia Society AGM
The next Society AGM will be held on 5th November 2011 at 11.30am at the Beardmore Hotel, Glasgow.
