Dan Farthing - Policy and Communications Manager

Dan Farthing is the Policy & Communications Manager of the Haemophilia Society and works from the office of Haemophilia Scotland in Edinburgh.

He started with the Haemophilia Society in September 2006 and was the member of staff leading on issues relating to the Archer Inquiry - a role that has continued in relation to the Penrose Inquiry.

Dan's responsibilities include:-

• Media
• Public Affairs
• All member publications - like the members magazine HQ
• Website development
• Policy Development
• The contaminated blood campaign
• Haemophilia Scotland

He also regularly helps on the children's activity holidays and with new local groups.
