Scottish Contaminated Blood Campaign

The fact that Scotland has its own legal and political systems has meant that the campaign for justice for those affected by the contaminated blood disaster has been very different north of the border.

The campaign in Scotland has been very active in the Scottish Parliament and Scottish Courts but is now tightly focused on the Judicial Public Inquiry being conducted by Lord Penrose.
